SHIPPING INFORMATION
When will my order ship?
All orders will be processed in 1-3 business days.
We ship UPS ground from our super-secret warehouse in California. As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you an email with tracking information from UPS so you can follow its progress.
Where is my order?
If you have not received your order 2 weeks after estimated delivery, please contact Customer Support for assistance. Shipping delays related to COVID-19 may impact orders and we are doing our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
How much does shipping cost?
We’re pleased to offer free ground shipping on domestic orders $50 and over. For orders under $50, international orders, and expedited orders, shipping will be calculated based on the order total and its destination.
Do you offer International Shipping?
Dash products are currently only available through CookWithDash.com in the US, however we are currently working on making them available worldwide! Dash products are also available in-store through our retail partners in the US and Canada. If you live outside North America and would like to receive information about expanded shipping capabilities through CookWithDash.com, please subscribe to our email mailing list. We’ll be happy to keep you updated!
